Eligibility:
– Returns within 5 days for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
– Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
– Non-returnable: Opened/used products, personalized orders, items past expiry.
Process:
1. Email admin@vedrelief.com with order number, photos, and reason.
2. Team verifies & arranges return pickup.
3. Refunds processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
Order Cancellation:
– Before dispatch: Full refund.
– After dispatch: Refund after deducting shipping costs.
– Subscription orders can be paused or cancelled before next billing.
